The winemaker

Domaine Jolivet, located between Saint-Péray and Comas, has a granite terroir where three different grape varieties flourish: Syrah for the red wine, Marsanne and Roussanne for the white. Viognier is also grown here. The white wine is gourmet, while the red is fruity and full of promise. Don't hesitate to put a bottle of Cuvée Louis on your table to accompany salmon gravelax, or 1907 to enhance your poularde aux morilles.
