The winemaker

The story begins in 1905, at the time 5 hectares were in production. Julien Martin starts this vineyard which now totals 67 hectares of vines. It was in 1947 that his son Jules takes the field and acquire new plots. He decided to vinify his own grapes and created his own winery. The farm remains in the family and is now run by the great-grand-son of the founder, David and Eric. The entire vineyard covers about 67 hectares of which 50 in AOC and 8 in Wine Country. The planting is composed of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre for the reds. For white wines, there are Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc.
