The winemaker

In the heart of the Rhône Valley wine region, on terraced hillsides, Domaine Niero harvests the finest Viognier and Syrah grapes to produce unique cuvées in the Condrieu and Côte-Rôtie appellations. Today, Rémi Niero is at the head of the vineyard, succeeding his father Robert, who passed on his know-how and passion for viticulture to him from an early age. He himself took over the small vineyard from his father-in-law Jean Pinchon in 1985. Despite the demanding terroir, his efforts are rewarded by the authenticity and natural balance of Domaine Niero wines. In dedication to his masters Robert and Jean, Rémi offers you his Nouvelle Cuvée "Héritage", particularly faithful to the know-how and identity of the domaine. Made from a selection of the finest Condrieu 2009 barrels, it will delight your taste buds and those of your guests.
