The winemaker

Domaine Tour Saint Michel, family property, is for three generations. First, Michel Fabre, founder of the field, in 1930, passed on his passion to his son Henry. The latter, with the help of his wife Eliane, developed and expanded the field, which is 40 hectares, including 35 hectares of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Today, Mireille, their daughter, manages the vineyard, in the respect of the family tradition by bringing a more modern style.
