The winemaker

Rejane and Wilfried Pouzoulas (sister and brother) work in the respect for tradition and the respect of their land and soil. Since 2000, we undertook a weed killer or insecticide without working approach, favoring the contact treatment. We are now certified organic farming by Ecocert. RASTEAU: The climate is Mediterranean, south-facing hillsides, slightly protected from the Mistral. soils; brown and calcareous, skeletal soil on marl and red soil on sandstone. Rasteau is his first fame to its red and golden fortified wines that were classified A.O.C after 1944. Rasteau was consecrated Côtes du Rhône Villages 1966 for its red wines. CAIRANNE: The climate is typical Mediterranean. soils; red earth on sandstone, argillaceous terraces and skeletal soils with lots of sandy molasse. Cairanne was consecrated Côtes du Rhône Villages 1953.
