The winemaker

The Cave's first winery was built in 1914. This was followed by the construction of further winemaking buildings as the winery expanded until 1954. Today, we have 85 winegrowers with a total surface area of 750 hectares. These winegrowers are spread across the communes of Beaucaire and Tarascon, located in the Avignon, Nîmes and Arles triangle. Our winery benefits from a dual influence: Languedoc Roussillon and Provence. Today, we produce wines in bottles and Bags-In-Box, and work on 7 appellations: IGP Gard, IGP OC, Côteaux du Pont du Gard, Costières de Nîmes, IGP Alpilles, IGP Méditerranée and IGP Terres du Midi, To date, 25% of our vineyards are organic;
