In a few words ...
Organic growing, manual harvest started at night to bring in fresh grapes. The different plots were harvested separately. This 2021 vintage is a real success! Light and fresh, it will accompany your summer evenings from the aperitif onwards. This gourmet Rosé is a perfect accompaniment to fish, Asian seafood or spicy poultry dishes. Located in the Luberon regional park, equidistant from Aix-en-Provence and Manosque, the vineyards benefit from an average altitude of 400 meters, which gives the wines a nice freshness thanks to the lower night-time temperatures. Maturation takes place later than on the plains, resulting in greater finesse. A gastronomic rosé, rare and highly successful, with only 2,200 numbered bottles of this exceptional cuvée: for enlightened connoisseurs!

Luberon
The appellation Luberon is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Domaine Beauvence and its 15 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
