TERRE D'ANTAN is Cave de Bonnieux's "nugget" of AOP Ventoux. This cuvée is only produced in very good years. Since 2001, 4 vintages have not been produced in order to maintain this high standard of quality. TERRE D'ANTAN comes from a 1.45-hectare parcel of old Grenache vines planted in 1968. The wine is aged for 18 months in "Haute Futaie" French oak barrels.

Belle robe rouge rubis et profonde.
Aroma
A rich, complex nose. Aromas of red fruit, zan and liquorice.

Taste
The palate is not yet fully mature, but very promising, with great complexity and still those zan and licorice aromas.

Ventoux
The appellation Ventoux is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Cave de Bonnieux and its 17 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
