Crémant de Savoie is an appellation-controlled Savoyard wine made from a judicious blend of Savoyard grape varieties. The sparkling process takes place in the bottle at low temperature, which remains stable throughout the year. After a year's fermentation, the bottles are stirred on gyropalettes for a week, at a rate of three manipulations a day. The deposits are in the neck of the bottles. During disgorging, these deposits are expelled from the bottle. The result is a very fruity wine with a strong personality.
