The winemaker

Located on the slopes of clay and limestone boulders in the Alps, on the southern slopes of the Massif Beauges, vines that give their character, the different plots of Domaine is planted with grape varieties. Some are very old, born in Savoy where the winemaking tradition dates back to Roman times, and present exclusively in this little world. The vines of the Domaine Bouvet represent over sixty plots, different varieties of Savoy, and so allow us to propose a wide range of red, white, rosé and sparkling even, AOC wines of Savoy. The Bouvet village offers a range of varied wines to suit every palate: In red wine, the must "Mondeuse" (Cuvée the Persian, Cuvée Sainte Barbe Prestige Cuvée William Charles), "Pinot noir" (Cuvée Beau Chêne) "Gamay" (The Vineyard Cuvée and Cuvée Saint Claude), "Big Red Savoy" and "Amariva". In white wine, typical "Dogfish" (Cuvée Saint Odilon and Cru Monterminod), the harmnieuse and iconic "Jacquère" (The Cuvée Eboulys) or our Chardonnay, Bergeron, Roussanne and Savoie Grand Blanc. - Less known, but worth visiting, the area also offers rosé wines as "Le Grand Savoie Rosé" and "Roses Stones".
