The winemaker

My Domain "The Vintner P'tiou" located on the heights of Apremont is composed of a dozen hectares of hillside. The size of my farm allows me to master all operations: the work in the vineyard, winemaking to marketing my wines (direct sales). I am committed, as soon as I installed my 18 years in growing grapes respecting the land and environment. The wine is made in my own cellars, built with my own hands, focusing on the running off of gravity juice, temperature control during fermentation. These are for me the important points to obtain wines of consistent quality.
