The winemaker
The field JUSTIN Guy is a family owned for four generations. Spread over common Jongieux, Billième, Saint Jean de Chevelu and Yenne, it is a reference area in Savoie. The estate's wines are the expression of a unique terroir that offers different wines *: Jongieux thought for all its wines, vintage and vintage Marestel Monthoux for his Dogfish of Savoy. The field JUSTIN Guy provides care for a rare requirement in the vineyard: grassing, leaf removal, green harvest help give mastered yields and wines with deep aromas making them identifiable and unique. Breeding a year in traditional vats (concrete with epoxy) produces wines while fruit. To all this, add the expertise of the winemaker to express the full potential of its unique terroir wine.
