The winemaker

Respect for the environment, love grapes, looking for an open and expressive wine guided the choice of cropping patterns and work in the winery: an approach to do without chemical weeding, interventions for protection the vine rigorously justified today naturally leading us toward organic conversion, careful selection of newly planted plots and selected grapes, controlled yields, traditional vinification seeking the minimum of operations between the grape harvest and livestock wine, acceptance of the specificity of each vintage, those are the principles that guide human action to best extract the character of the terroir and grape varieties.   The estate produces wines from the Savoie jacquère, Chardonnay and white fox, gamay, pinot, Persian and mondeuse red.   The variety of grape varieties allows for wines without assembly typical and appropriate for various occasions: wine that should be drunk young to capture all the freshness and fruit wines a few years of cellar fully reveal delivering all potential of a vintage.
