The domain: Since January 2004, Jean-Yves Peron, oenologist, includes micro-plots of vines in Conflans, medieval site of Albertville, at the confluence of the Arly and Isère. His field, stepped between 400 and 600m, now covers 2 ha of the southern slope of Conflans. Multiple terraces retain a slightly acidic soil mica schist (ph.6) on which thrive on the local varieties, the mondeuse red and white jacquères. These vines all aged 30 to 120 years are planted in cups or poles at an average density of 10 000 feet / ha. Since 2005 he replanted new Persian, old almost disappeared local grape in highness and Bergeron, local Roussanne. Vines: No herbicide or synthetic fertilizers are used to grow. Only sulfur treatments, copper, horsetail and nettle are made during the growing season and the ground, he is broke and reworked the deck and the winch. Winemaking: Grapes, once harvested manually, experiencing a carbonic maceration beginning of a variable duration depending on the vintage, then they are Pigés whole once or twice per day. The juice is then put in barrels for two to three wines for lees than twelve months. The wines are then assembled in tanks for four months. Some wines undergo neither degassing or sulfites, so they are very sensitive to atmospheric changes and may have some beading. Others are degassed and sulphite (3g / hl max)
