La robe est pourpre sombre aux reflets violacés.
Aroma
Le nez est expressif, avec un côté très "brut de cuve": mûre et framboise écrasée, notes lactées et épices, avec une touche ferreuse qui rappelle un peu le Papillon d'Orphée (100 % Fer Servadou).
Taste
La bouche est ronde, charnue, pleine de fruits, avec une texture veloutée, juteuse, et toujours cette sensation ferreuse, mais aussi saline.
