Covering 27 hectares, it has built up a reputation for producing wines from malbec, merlot and tannat. The vineyard also boasts a few vines of Viognier, Sémillon, Muscadelle and Sauvignon Blanc. The vineyard is farmed organically.château du cèdre is a blend of malbec (90%), merlot (5%) and tannat (5%). The vines are between 15 and 30 years old. The vatting period lasts 30 days, with no additives. Ageing lasts 20 months in foudres and barrels.cépages : 90% malbec, 5% merlot, 5% tannat
