In a few words ...
Fine, limpid pink color. Intense, subtle bouquet of wild raspberries and spring flowers. Fresh and juicy on the palate, with floral notes as well as ripe fruit and delicate spicy notes on the finish. The vines are planted on clay-limestone soils in the defined Côtes de Gascogne region of southwestern France, with sand running through the surface. The entire winemaking process takes place under controlled temperatures to ensure optimal extraction of aromas. The wine is kept in stainless steel vats at -2°c throughout the year to preserve its freshness for subsequent bottling. Domaine du Tariquet has been run for generations by the Grassa family, and is now one of the leading producers of Gascon wines in south-west France. Through vineyard control, grape selection, vinification, blending and bottling, the domaine du tariquet is able to guarantee consistent quality from one vintage to the next. Allergene:enthält sulfite
