Domaine elian da ros - drinking stories - magnum 2019the domaine elian da ros is located in cocumont in the hills of marmandais, on the left bank of the garonne river. Elian da ros, the son of a farmer, had always wanted to be a winemaker, and began studying viticulture and oenology at the age of 14. After working in Alsace for 5 years, he returned to his native region and built his own winery. In 1998, he signed his first vintage. Today, the estate extends over 19 hectares, certified organic since 2000, and biodynamic since 2002.histoires de boire is a four-handed cuvée by elian da ros and his wife, sandrine farrugia, who also owns a vineyard. Sandrine's grape juice is added to Elian's grapes. It's a blend of merlot and abouriou, available only in magnum.cépages : merlot, abouriou
