Irouléguy "errotik" - blanc - bio bordaxuria 2015an intense, expressive nose of mainly exotic fruit: pineapple, mango... On the palate, the balance is very similar to that of the previous vintage, with a little more richness: superb balance, a full-bodied juice where you feel the combination of ripe fruit, a fine bouquet and a savory texture; a taut, mineral finish that brings a great deal of elegance to the whole. This is a great white wine from the southwest, a must-discover! bordaxuria farm is located opposite saint jean pied de port, on the steep slopes of arradoy. It boasts 7 hectares of vines in production, all planted on terraces (the topography is laid out as a bench). This planting system has made it possible to plant vines on slopes of over 40%. This quality terroir allows us to grow first-class vines, ideal for the production of a full-flavored wine. The steepness of the terrain makes mechanized viticulture a delicate task, and much of the work remains manual. The terraces mean lower planting density (between 2,500 and 4,000 vines per hectare) and therefore lower yields (between 25 and 30 hl per hectare).
