Cuvée le trescol is a new cuvée produced by olivier jullien (mas jullien) in collaboration with his friend didier michel, an organic winegrower in the béarnais region. The gamay, syrah and cabernet sauvignon vines are planted on terroirs close to millau, in saint georges de luzencon to be precise. All the vines are worked organically, then the wine is vinified entirely without sulfur and aged for 18 months in vats. A wine with a strong character, revealing a freshness and delicacy that are out of the ordinary for this sector. The Gamay grape helps provide the necessary balance with its invigorating acidity. This wine's nose is very gourmand, with delicious notes of cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant and a hint of spice. The palate is bursting with fruit, fleshy and juicy, with aromas of black fruits complemented by lovely acidity. An extremely drinkable wine with dazzling precision. coup de coeur
