The estate's first micro-cuvée (1000 bottles)! Grape variety: 100% Merlot Vinification: Hand-harvested and destemmed. Native yeasts, no sulfur, no inputs and no filtration. Long, natural winemaking. 10-day maceration, no violent pumping. The qualities of the grape and terroir are thus preserved in all their expression. Ageing: 12 months in oak barrels Objective: micro-oxygenation and wood contribution for complex aromas.
