In a few words ...
The tornatore family has been working the vineyards and terroir of castiglione di sicilia, at the foot of the etna volcano, since the early 1930s. Today, the family owns 60 hectares, situated between 550 and 700m above sea level, making it one of the largest estates in the Etna area. This wine is made with nerello mascalese and nerello cappuccio, two native Etna grape varieties.
