This sun-drenched ruby-red wine is a wonderful reflection of each of its three grape varieties. Aged for 6 months in barrel, it exudes a fragrance of red berries, and is intensely aromatic and remarkably fresh on the palate, with well-developed tannins. After hand-picking in the first half of September, the must is fermented in the traditional way at controlled temperatures.
