Florent Dumeau, the Planeta family's consultant oenologist for the past 10 years, has combined different worlds to create this wine, which stands out for its aromatic intensity: a unique combination of fragrances and flavors. Wood is used with subtlety, to accompany the aromas while preserving the varietal expression and ageing potential, guaranteeing ideal ageing of this white wine. Hand-picked grapes are placed in refrigerated crates overnight at around 12°C. The following morning, they are selected on a manual sorting table and sent whole to the membrane press. The resulting must is transferred to stainless-steel tanks for two weeks of cold stabilization, with daily agitation. In n, it is racked, inoculated and transferred to barrels, foudres and stainless steel vats (25% stainless steel, 60% foudres and 15% barrels).

I tasted this Sicilian wine at an old friend's house. I'm very happy to see it here! A real little nugget! Remarkable mouthfeel and great length. Very surprising for a Grillo/Sauvignon blanc and excellent value for money. Bravo
