This rosso has a strong personality and Mediterranean character. It is vinified from four indigenous Sicilian grape varieties from two different terroirs. Aged 10 months in barrel, it offers aromas of blackcurrant and chocolate, as well as a pleasant spicy note. A super Sicilian! After the traditional red harvest, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at 24-26°c. After malolactic fermentation, the young wine is aged for 10 months in French and American oak barrels. Finally, the wine is aged for a further 5 months in the bottle. Allergene:enthält sulfite
