Vinified directly in barrels without passing through vats, Fattoressa Maddalena is a wine from the Tuscan countryside, rounder and more intense than a traditional trebbiano. Rich on the palate, with aromas of apricot and honey delicately toasted, it is the perfect accompaniment to fish and poultry, and should not be served at less than 14 degrees, so as not to restrict the intensity of its perfumes.
