From one of tenuta monteloro's finest pinot blanc vineyards, villa antinori is straw-yellow with greenish highlights. Its elegant aroma is reminiscent of tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango, combined with floral notes of acacia blossom. On the palate, it has a fine mineral structure. The grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must was cooled to 10°C to support the natural clarification process. After 48 hours, it was transferred to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation took place at temperatures not exceeding 18° c. The wine was then stored in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10° c. It was then bottled in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10° c. Allergene:enthält sulfite
