In a few words ...
In the glass, it has a straw-yellow color. The bouquet is distinguished by fruity aromas, notably of fresh apples. On the palate, it's pleasantly balanced and harmonious. Pleasant, with sparkling acidity and a fresh almond finish typical of soave. The vines are planted on loose clay-gravel soils of volcanic origin in the Veneto region. The grapes are gently pressed and the must is separated from the pomace by gravity. Only selected yeasts are used for fermentation, which is strictly temperature-controlled. The wine is then bottled and, after a short maturation period, released for sale. La cantina di soave was founded in 1898 and is now one of Italy's most prestigious wine producers. The company's more than 6,000 hectares of vineyards now stretch from Lake Garda through the soave region to the hills of Valpolicella. Thanks to the continuous development of the cultivation processes and cellar techniques used, cantina di soave always strives to obtain the maximum quality and expressiveness from the grape varieties grown.
