This wine is a fine introduction to the subject. A deep, limpid garnet-red color, with a fresh, delicious nose of red fruit. The palate is marked by light tannins, crisp red fruit aromas and a finish of fresh spices (white pepper, eucalyptus). a pleasure to open with charcuterie, cheese and white meats... 50% cinsault, 50% grenache.
