The fine nose presents notes of fresh fruit such as peach and citrus, as well as aromas of white flowers. On the palate, this cuvée subtly combines complexity, finesse and roundness... 30% cinsault, 50% grenache, 20% tibouren. Biodynamic viticulture, hand-picked, aged in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, blending, light filtration, clay soils, clay-limestone soils, schist soils.
