In a few words ...

Light yellow color. Typical Chablis taste! Perfectly reflects the fruity nature of the Chardonnay grape, with finely nervous acidity, carried by green apple and citrus aromas, fine fruit and some white flowers on the palate, and a slightly salty minerality on the finish. In the early 20th century, cléophas tremblay was one of the first to believe in the great potential and prosperous future of chablis. Over many years of hard work, he built his own 3.5-hectare vineyard. His son continues to manage the estate with great success. When his two daughters inherited the estate, the vineyard had already grown to 25 hectares. Joëlle tremblay inherits half the family estate and continues to manage it with her husband pascal bouchard. He also owns a few vineyards in the Chablis region. Together, they built an excellent winery in the 1980s. Pascal and Joëlle's two sons also devote themselves to the family estate, supporting their parents. Under the direction of Romain, the eldest son, the vines are converted to organic viticulture. No artificial phytosanitary products are used, and only purely organic fertilizers. Organic certification should be obtained in the next few years. Their premise: to preserve tradition. Their secret: perfect knowledge of the Chablis terroir. The result: top-quality wines. Allergene:enthält sulfite
