In a few words ...
HARVESTING : Mid-September to obtain the desired fruitiness and control the alcohol content, while ensuring sufficient ripeness of the grapes. VINIFICATION : Direct pressing of several vats as well as pressed grapes from different grape varieties and terroirs. Fermentation of the juices separately at low temperature (12 to 15°) in refrigerated stainless steel tanks. Fermentation continues at controlled temperatures for approximately 20 days.

We find red fruits with a beautiful balance, a good vivacity and a very nice length. This wine is racy, fruity and fresh: it evokes fine days and Provence.

Grignan-les-Adhémar
The appellation Grignan-les-Adhémar is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Domaine de Grangeneuve and its 12 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
