" Bettane & Desseauve 2017 cuvée 2015 rated 17.5/20 and coup de coeur Hand-harvested in crates, sorted by table in the cellar. Traditional vinification. 100% de-stemming, 2 to 4 weeks maceration. Indigenous yeasts. No enzyming, no chaptalization, no acidification. 10 months ageing, 20% in barrels, 80% in vats.
