In a few words ...
The estate's top wine, Cuvée Tradition is the fruit of five generations of knowledge of the terroir, for a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre skilfully vinified. After spending 12 months in French oak barrels in our barrel cellar, it's now ready to be served on the finest tables, alongside a piece of Aubrac. Decant three hours before serving, and cellar for six years.
