These very old white grape vines are located around Le Mas and in the commune of St Paul de Fenouillet. The Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc and Macabeu grapes are grown on soils composed of limestone and schist fragments; these soils are limiting to the growth of the vines and, through low yields, give a very mineral expression to the wine.
