In a few words ...
In 2005, Domaines Albert Bichot expanded into the Côte Chalonnaise region with the creation of Domaine Adélie, a vineyard of over 4 ha in the Mercurey appellation. Our two main plots face South-West to West, on slopes with draining brown stony soils rich in clay, on a hard limestone subsoil limestone subsoil, with some predominantly marly areas.

Deep and ruby-red.
Aroma
Raspberry, strawberry, cherry, a crunchy fruit.
Wine Fruity
Taste
A full-bodied wine, rich in body and fruit. The tannins can sometimes give a mineral firmness when young. Round and fleshy when mature.
