In a few words ...
The grapes are harvested by hand in successive sortings. They are taken to the winery, then placed in a pneumatic press which extracts the juice very slowly. After settling, the juice is placed in 225-liter barrels, where it undergoes alcoholic fermentation and maturation for 12 months. Fermentation takes place using only indigenous yeasts.

Appearance
Bright, limpid wine, with a brilliant straw-yellow color. Tears are well marked and regular.
Aroma
Very expressive nose of apricot, plum and citrus. A nose that opens up the aromatic palette with ripe white fruit and honey on aeration.
