Bordeaux appellation wines are traditionally blended and distributed according to the winemaker's decision and the terroir. Bordeaux appellation wines are light-bodied, fruity and easy to drink on the fruit. They must meet strict specifications to obtain the appellation.
Everything is beautiful in this 1989 vintage, except for certain amateurs of large yields whose wines have passed. The finest bottles of red are to be found in pauillac, saint julien, pessac léognan and saint emilion.
All of these wines have been produced in the best possible conditions.
Tasting notes
Appearance
An intense crimson red with a slight tinge of carmine.
Aroma
The bouquet opens with an explosion of aromas, notably wild strawberries, black cherries, blueberries and blackcurrants. These fruits remain very present on the second nose, supplanted by light spicy notes.

Taste
The fruit on the nose is echoed on the palate in a subtle attack. Dense, silky tannins give the wine structure. The finish is remarkable, with a powerful, fruity aroma, accompanied by a hint of acidity.
