In a few words ...

Cuvée anniversaire 1983-2018. Driven by the same passion for 35 years, Jacques Frelin produces, selects and raises quality organic wines while preserving the environment and people. From vine to bottle, respect and high standards are the watchwords. The vines are located in the heart of the Languedoc region, on clay-limestone and schist slopes, in a Mediterranean climate. The Pézenas appellation is bordered to the east by the Hérault river and sheltered to the north by the Montagne Noire. POWERFUL and COMPLEX are the watchwords of this wine.

A wine with a slightly spicy taste and good aromas to be defined, quite long on the palate. Pleasant to drink.

I loved this wine, full of character, powerful, flavorful, with lovely red fruit notes.

A very fine Languedoc to drink at table with a hearty dish that can stand it.
