The term "orange" in this wine refers to a particular style of winemaking (an ancestral technique that has been brought up to date) which involves the maceration of white grapes (like the vinification of red grapes) for varying lengths of time, giving the wine its texture, amber hue and distinctive aromas!
Appearance
Maceration and fermentation for several weeks at 18°C, then run-off and ageing on lees.
Aroma
Citrus notes (very ripe tangerine), spicy notes, a touch of dried apricot and a floral touch that sets off the nose!
Wine Fruity | Spicy
Taste
The short maceration gives it sweetness. Fine, elegant notes of bitterness on the finish, which lifts the aftertaste.
Wine Aromatique | Rond
