In a few words ...
Vines aged from 4 to 20 years for Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre, and 40 years for Carignan. Hand and mechanical harvesting at perfect maturity. Syrah, Grenache and Carignan are vinified separately using traditional methods, with de-stemming and long vatting times. Mourvèdre vinified in carbonic maceration. Mourvèdre aged 12 months in barrels. This Wine is the result of the Love, Patience and Rigor of the Winemaker, who respects his Earth thanks to a natural method of cultivating the vines using medicinal plants and essential oils.
