In a few words ...
Taste and you'll see: it's an explosion of flavors. Any fruit? Yes, especially mango. Wood? Yes, and vanilla. Pépite de Quincarnon bears the exotic imprint of its creator's origins. As it ages, it reveals notes of acacia and candied apricot. It is always produced in small quantities (4000 bottles per cuvée) and only when the quality of the vintage permits.
