A wine with a fruity, floral bouquet, this wine joins the family of great Sauvignon Blancs marked by this unique expression. This wine benefits from our family's 10 generations of experience. After a delicate pressing, it is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (16-17°C), then "Petit Bourgeois" is aged for 3 months on its fine fermentation lees to reveal all the aromas of the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety.
