    In the land of the Cadre Noir, it's on the hill of Puy Notre Dame, in the heart of the Chavannes troglodytes and its Turonian clay-limestone soils that our Cabernet Franc grapes flourish. We carefully select the grapes, which are then matured in vats for 15 months, until we achieve a subtle balance of black fruit and spice, power and elegance.
