This cuvée comes from the Domaine's oldest vines. Fragrant and concentrated, the grapes are harvested slightly overripe to achieve the right balance between roundness and freshness.
"This lightly coppery mellow wine needs to be aerated to deliver subtle fruity aromas. On the palate, it unfurls quince aromas and a powerful, full body, supported by a fine acidic structure that carries through to the finish. A hint of saltiness and fine bitters give it depth. A warm, harmonious Pinot Gris, a superb reflection of both grape variety and vintage (Residual sugars: 38 g/l.)"
