In a few words ...
Assembly : 100% pinot noir vinification : all production is now certified "organic", yields are controlled and the grapes are hand-picked and systematically sorted on arrival at the vat-house. This is followed by gentle fermentation and ageing on lees for 16 to 20 months, with moderate use of new wood (20% to 50%) to preserve the fruit. Blending and bottling, without filtration, take place at a favorable moon. TASTING : A lovely, intense, brilliant dark ruby color. The nose opens with lovely aromas of black fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, intermingling languorously with notes of vanilla and leather. On the palate, the wine is powerful, racy and yet incredibly silky. The complexity of the aromas and the support of well-presented tannins explode in an exhilarating finish.

A palette of red and black fruits (blackberry, blueberry, redcurrant, cherry pit, ripe plum). Leathery, spicy and wild notes are also present.
