This is how the grandfather Irénée, at the origin of the family farm, exclaimed, accompanied by his son Jean-Bernard, in the heart of the small Montagne de Reims. Third generation, Jérôme and his sister Céline cultivate the three Champagne grape varieties and offer you a vast range of wines with very different characters.
