"A Measure of Madness" :

  • 40ml Single Grain Irish Whiskey
  • 20ml beetroot and hibiscus syrup*
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 30 ml orange juice
  • 1 egg white

 

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake !

Subversive by design, this fruity, highly aromatic cocktail is a delight and a refreshing treat.

 

*Beetroot and hibiscus syrup : Add 10 g dried hibiscus, 10 g dried beetroot powder in water. Bring to the boil, then leave to cool for 5 minutes. Strain into 500 g sugar.
