Domaine Ampelous
In 2016, after more than 30 years of experience in Burgundy, Pascal Guillemier chose to settle in Caunes-Minervois to give life to a project that resembles him: create authentic wines and respectful of nature.
Nestled at the foot of the Black Mountain, its domain extends over twenty hectares certified HVE, worked with requirement and passion. On these marble, limestone and schist soils, he cultivates Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre, which he carefully elevates to reveal all the richness of the terroir.
Domaine Ampelous reflects the story of a passionate winemaker who transforms his know-how into generous, elegant and sincere cuvées.
