The wines rest in vaulted cellars carved into the rock from 1830, unique to Mercurey, where the constant temperature guarantees optimal aging.

The estate covers 17 hectares, including 5 Premiers Crus: 4 Climats Mercurey and 1 Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru Aux Vignerondes. With this Burgundian heritage, Laurent Dufouleur perpetuates a family tradition resolutely turned towards excellence.
